This is sold at the Trainerbrand website for $90, so it is a great deal. I ordered it on a Monday and received it on the Friday of that same week. My chiropractor uses the ball at the office for PT. All of the equipment has body positions printed on it. However, it looks easier than it is to actually do the exercises. I have enjoyed trying the different things but have been sore the next day. My weight is over the suggested limit on the ball but have had no problems. It did take about an hour to pump the ball up, and I got a workout in my arms. I would keep the ball blown up all the time. The pump held up, but it's not going to last if you deflate and inflate your ball often for storage.(The ball is huge.) Unfortunately, about a week after getting the kit, one of the cats took an interest in the ball. I came home to see it flat on the floor. There was a hole from the cat's claws. I was able to fix it with a bike tire patch called Skabs. It has held air and been good. The exercise band is fun. You can use it sitting in a chair or on the exercise mat. I had a lot of trouble with the roller tube thing. It should massage the muscles. I think I got a few bruises instead.
