I'm happy that it is very sturdy, well built, and pretty easy to put together with 2 people working on it. But I'm only 5'3" and the entire station is built for a taller/larger person. On the leg lift station the arms are spaced way to far apart to be comfortable for me and the pull up bar is far to high for me also. Also, the padded grips turn which can be a safety issue.
